At Turbo Vort, we aim to provide dependable shipping services and clear delivery information for orders placed through our website.

Every order is handled carefully and reviewed before shipment to help ensure that the product is properly prepared and corresponds with the information provided on our website.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. This processing period may include order verification, product preparation, quality inspection, packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier. Any transit times stated below begin after the processing period.

1. Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

Turbo Vort is operated by Shenzhen Shenquan Technology Co., Ltd., a company based in China.

To support order fulfillment and delivery, Turbo Vort works with fulfillment partners in both the United States and China.

Depending on product availability, inventory levels, and the customer's shipping address, an order may be fulfilled from different locations.

We also cooperate with third-party fulfillment and logistics providers that may assist with inventory storage, order processing, and shipment delivery.

Orders may therefore be fulfilled and dispatched from:

  • United States fulfillment locations

  • China fulfillment locations

The actual shipping origin depends on the specific product and order.

The applicable shipping method, shipping charges, and estimated delivery timeframe will be presented at checkout before the order is completed.

Geographic Restrictions: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. overseas territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Address Restrictions: Our courier partners, including FedEx and UPS, are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

2. Order Cutoff Time

Orders submitted before 2:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8), Monday through Friday, will generally enter processing within the stated processing period.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UTC+8), or submitted on weekends or holidays, will generally begin processing on the following business day.

The cutoff time determines when the order processing period begins. Actual processing and delivery schedules may vary based on order volume, inventory availability, carrier schedules, holidays, and other circumstances.

3. U.S. Shipping Rates

For eligible orders shipped within the United States, the following shipping options are currently available:

These delivery estimates are provided for general guidance and may vary depending on circumstances affecting fulfillment or transportation.

4. Shipment Tracking

After your order has been shipped, available tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Please be aware that tracking details may not become active immediately after the package is handed to the carrier.

In some circumstances, the carrier may require up to 3 business days to scan the package and update its tracking system.

Therefore, a lack of immediate tracking activity does not necessarily indicate that a shipment is delayed or lost.

5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

Turbo Vort covers applicable customs duties and import taxes for orders shipped to customers in the United States.

Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes when their order is delivered.

6. Cancellations & Order Changes

Please review your shipping address, selected products, and contact information carefully before submitting your order.

Because orders may enter processing promptly after being placed, requests to cancel an order or make changes must be submitted before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel the order, modify its contents, or change the shipping address.

If an approved cancellation qualifies for a refund, the applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within a reasonable period following the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@turbovort.com and provide your order number and tracking information.

We will coordinate with the applicable shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with other members of your household, nearby neighbors, and the designated delivery location. You may also contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

When the carrier confirms that the package was delivered, Turbo Vort cannot guarantee a replacement or refund, but we will assist with investigating the delivery issue.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Where available, please provide photographs showing the condition of both the package and the product.
